From a young age, Laura Preuss-Kühne has been cultivating the talents and insights that are hallmarks of a successful real estate professional. Laura has career experience in marketing, public relations, and consumer insight research, as well as exposure to the hospitality industry, a global outlook on residential living, and a degree in International Relations with a minor in Business Law. Such well-rounded expertise, combined with a child-hood entraunched in and around real estate development and design make Laura an intuitive, self-proclaimed “real estate matchmaker”. “I pride myself on recognizing the unique qualities of every property and every buyer or seller”, she says. “Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than providing great customer service and knowing that my clients feel their needs were delicately heard and addressed with the utmost professionalism.”

Originally from Hamburg, Germany, Laura’s family moved to Miami in 1999. Shortley thereafter, Laura attended boarding school in Lugano, Switzerland and returned to Miami, graduating from Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in Coconut Grove before graduating from the University of Miami. In Laura’s 20+ years of calling Miami home, she first lived on Key Biscayne before moving to Miami Beach with her parents and then East Edgewater. These diverse communities have given her a broad “locals” perspective on some of the top neighborhoods and surrounding communities such as Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Downtown Miami.

“I have watched this city evolve for over 20 years and its cultural Renaissance, melting pot of nationalities, and tropical oasis-like atmosphere make Miami a one-of-a-kind place to live.” Laura specializes in helping sellers and buyers find the perfect luxury property in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Morningside, the Upper East Side, Coconut Grove, and Miami-Dade County’s most exclusive waterfront neighborhoods.

Laura’s passion for the city of Miami also extends to her volunteer work. She has been a member of The Junior League of Miami for the past 6 years and greatly enjoys working side by side with other women to promote volunteerism, developing women’s leadership opportunities, and improving communities through dedicated action. Being a huge animal lover, Laura also dedicates her time volunteering at the Humane Society.

In her own free time, Laura enjoys fitness, cooking, and loves to travel. Having visited more than 30 countries, Laura considers herself to be a true global citizen and part of an emerging worldwide community with the vision and energy to build values and practices that benefit people in countries all across the globe.

Laura speaks English, Spanish, and German fluently.
